For Speakers
Command the Room, Not the Inbox
OvationCRM keeps every engagement, contract, and invoice in one place, so the only thing you prepare for is the talk itself. Built by a working speaker for keynotes, workshops, and the conference circuit, whether the booking came from a bureau or landed in your inbox.
Sound familiar?
AV details buried in email
The projector specs are in one email, the stage dimensions in another, the run-of-show in a reply you starred and cannot find. Sound check is in twenty minutes.
Travel scattered across apps
Flight in your inbox, hotel confirmation in a text, the car service in a calendar invite from the client. Which city are you in Thursday, and who is picking you up?
Waiting on accounts payable
You delivered the keynote a month ago. The check is somewhere in a corporate AP queue, and following up feels like begging for money you already earned.
How OvationCRM Helps
Built for the way you book
Every engagement's brief in one place
Date, room, AV needs, travel notes, and your on-site contact all live on the booking itself. Walk into the venue with the whole picture on your phone, not scattered across a month of email.

Sign the agreement before the flight
Send a branded speaking agreement, collect the signature, and file the signed PDF without leaving the app. The date is real before you book travel, not after a handshake and a hopeful calendar hold.

Get paid without chasing accounts payable
Send a professional invoice with a clear due date the moment you step off stage. Automatic reminders follow up with AP on schedule, so the awkward 'checking in on that invoice' email never has to come from you.

Your speaking income, ready for tax season
See income by client and by year in a clean profit-and-loss view. When tax season arrives or your accountant asks for numbers, the year is already totaled and organized, not waiting in a shoebox of PDFs.

Questions speakers ask
Can I take a deposit and bill the balance after the keynote?
Yes. Split any speaking fee into a deposit due on signing and a balance due on delivery, or set your own milestones. Each payment tracks against the engagement, so you always know what's paid and what's still out.
I book through bureaus and directly. Can I see both in one place?
Every engagement lives in the same calendar whether it came from a speakers bureau or a direct client. Record the source on each booking and see your whole season at a glance, no matter who booked it.
I only speak a few times a year. Is this overkill?
Not at all. The Basic plan is $20 a month and covers 50 clients and 25 active bookings, plenty for a part-time speaking schedule. Move up to Professional at $40 when the calendar fills, or stay on Basic as long as it fits.
