Play More, Chase Less

OvationCRM keeps every gig, setlist, and invoice in one place, so the music is the only thing you carry into the room. Built for solo acts, duos, and full bands working weddings, corporate events, and the venue circuit, from the first inquiry to the encore.

Sound familiar?

The song she asked for

The bride wants a specific first-dance song and a father-daughter number she named in an email three weeks ago. Now it's show day and the email is buried in a thread you can't find.

Details in five places

Load-in time in a text, the set schedule in an email, whether the venue has a PA in a voicemail you half remember. Soundcheck should not start with guesswork.

Waiting on the check

You played the night, packed the gear, and drove home. Weeks later the venue still has not paid, and every reminder you draft sounds either too soft or too desperate.

Built for the way you book

Every gig's run sheet in one place

Set times, load-in, the PA situation, and the first-dance song all live on the booking. Open it the morning of the show and everything you need is right where you left it. No thread to dig through backstage.

Performance agreements, signed and filed

Send the performance agreement and your rider from a branded template, collect the signature online, and let the signed copy file itself. Every gig has a contract behind it, and you can find it in seconds when the venue asks.

The invoice goes out before you do

Send the invoice from your phone before the cables are coiled, with a due date the venue cannot miss. When payment runs late, automatic reminders do the chasing, so you never send the awkward email yourself.

The relationships that keep you booked

The venue that puts you on the calendar every season, the planner who keeps referring, the couple who come back for their anniversary. Each one has a history you can see at a glance, so the next booking starts warm.

Questions musicians ask

Can I set up different pricing for solo, duo, and full band?

Yes. Build each configuration as its own service or package with its own price: solo acoustic, duo, or full band. When you book a gig, pick the setup the client wants and the pricing follows, so a corporate trio quote and a wedding-band quote stay straight.

I play weekends around a day job. Is this too much CRM for me?

No. The Basic plan is $20 a month and covers 50 clients and 25 active bookings, which is room to spare for a weekend schedule. Move up to Professional when the calendar fills and you want automated reminders and deeper reporting.

What about venues that pay slowly?

Every invoice carries a clear due date, and automatic reminders follow up on late balances without you lifting a finger. For private events like weddings, take a deposit up front to hold the date, so the balance is the only thing left to collect.
