For Clowns
Serious Business Behind the Fun
OvationCRM keeps every party, family, and deposit in one place, so a triple-booked Saturday runs on a plan instead of your memory. Built for birthday-party clowns, festival performers, and the corporate family-day pros who work three rooms before the cake comes out.
Sound familiar?
One Saturday, three towns
A ten o'clock across town, a one o'clock in the next suburb, a four o'clock you swore you had room for. The gaps between them are all drive time, and nobody built the day around the map.
Deposits that never land
The birthday mom booked in a rush and meant to send the deposit. Two weeks out, her date is on your calendar and the deposit is not. So you spend a Tuesday night chasing a parent who is chasing bedtime.
Last year's party, gone
The same family calls back for the little sister's birthday. You did the balloon poodle and the mom asked you to skip the face paint, but that was a year and a hundred parties ago. The details left with the confetti.
How OvationCRM Helps
Built for the way you book
See the whole Saturday at once
Every party on one calendar with its address and start time, so you can see the drive from the ten o'clock to the noon before you promise either one. Book the day that actually fits, not the one that looked open.

Every family remembered, year to year
Each family keeps its own page: the kids' names and ages, the character they loved, the face paint the parents asked you to skip. When the sibling's birthday comes around, you walk in already knowing the room.

Deposit up front, balance before the candles
A deposit holds the date the moment they book, and the balance invoices itself before show day. You arrive to do the show, not to talk money on the doorstep while the kids wait.

Next year's booking sends its own reminder
Birthdays come back every year, and so should you. Set the rebooking note once and it goes out on its own the month before the big day, so last year's client hears from you before they start looking around.

Questions clowns ask
How do I keep a stacked Saturday straight?
Every booking carries its address and start time on one calendar. A packed Saturday shows the gaps and the drives at a glance, and when two parties would overlap or sit across town from each other, the conflict is visible before you say yes.
I perform as more than one character. Can I price them separately?
Yes. Each act or character lives as its own service or package with its own pricing, so the balloon-twisting party and the full clown-and-magic show quote at their own rates. Add them to any booking and the totals add up on their own.
I only work weekends. Is this too much system for me?
No. The Basic plan runs $20 a month with room for 50 clients and 25 active bookings, enough for a steady weekend calendar. Every account starts with a 21-day Professional trial, no credit card required, so you can try the full toolkit before you settle in.
