No. OvationCRM charges a flat monthly or annual subscription. We take 0% of what your clients pay you, permanently. Stripe's standard card-processing fee still applies to each payment, and that fee goes to Stripe, not us.
Yes. When the doors open, every plan starts with a 21-day trial of full Professional access, no credit card required. Import your clients, run your next booking through it, and send one invoice before you decide.
Your data stays put. Pick a plan to keep working, or your account pauses until you do. Nothing is deleted for at least 12 months after a trial or subscription lapses.
The last row of the comparison table lists what ships next for each plan. Everything else in the table is live in the product today. We would rather under-promise than surprise you.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll only be billed the prorated difference.
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free compared to paying monthly (about 17% off). Prefer flexibility? Month-to-month is available too, and you can cancel any time. No long-term lock-in either way.
For new members, yes. After launch, Professional moves to $49/mo, and Business moves to $99/mo when the multi-performer suite ships. Founding members keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay subscribed. We do not raise prices on existing members mid-subscription, period.
