Is my clients' information sent to the AI?
No. Client names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers never leave OvationCRM. When an AI feature needs to reference your bookings, every client is replaced with an anonymous label such as Client 1, Client 2, and Client 3 before anything is sent.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Nothing from your account is used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. That commitment is written into our privacy policy.
What is an AI Action?
One use of one AI feature. Scan a receipt, that is one action. Every plan includes a monthly allowance: 20 on Basic, 150 on Professional, and 500 on Business, and the meter refills every month.
Which AI features are live today?
Receipt capture is live. The rest of the lineup carries an In the works label and is rolling out to early-beta members. We label it clearly because we would rather under-promise than surprise you.
Do I need my own AI account or API key?
No. AI features are built in and covered by your plan's AI Actions. There is nothing to connect and no separate AI subscription.
Do I have to use the AI features?
No. Every AI feature is optional. Skip them and OvationCRM works the way it always has, with you doing the typing.
